  • I’m Sierra McNary, LPC-Associate Supervised by Johanna Montenegro, LPC-S. An LPC-Associate is a licensed counselor who has completed their graduate training and is continuing to gain experience under supervision before full licensure. I work closely with a fully licensed supervisor, which means you’re getting not just my care and attention, but additional support behind the scenes as well.

  • Insurance can sometimes limit how therapy is delivered, including requiring a formal diagnosis. By working outside of it, we can focus fully on you—tailoring strategies that fit your life and avoiding requirements that don’t serve your unique journey.

  • You don’t have to have it all figured out to benefit from therapy. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious about growth, this is a space to explore, be seen, and take small steps forward with support.

  • That’s completely okay. You don’t need a clear reason to start. Together, we’ll uncover what’s affecting you and find ways to help you feel steadier and more confident in your life.

  • Everyone’s journey is different, and there’s no set timeline. Some people notice changes quickly, while others take longer. We focus on what makes a real difference for you, rather than following a fixed schedule.

  • To obtain your medical records, please email hello@lemonaidecounseling.com with the subject line “Request Client Records”. Please give 14 business days for your provider to prepare and submit the records to you. Client will be charged a flat fee as outlined in their informed consent documents for their request.
